MG系列平地机主要用于公路、机场、农田等大面积的地面平整和挖沟、刮坡、推土、松土、除雪等作业。
变速操纵系统
电液控制动力换档变速箱,前进6档,后退3档。变速操纵系统采用电液控制,即动力换档变速箱的变速机构是采用湿式离合器,用动力油控制离合器的接合与脱离;换档盒采用电动控制手柄,换档操纵轻便灵活,手感舒适,换档平稳。大大减轻驾驶人员的劳动强度。
驱动桥
美驰驱动桥和平衡箱,易装配、易拆卸,链条的弹性可减缓发动机和车轮间各传动件之间的冲击载荷,保证整机可靠的动力输出和安全可靠性,后桥装有自动锁紧脱开的“NOSPIN”差速器。链条串联传动的平衡箱内外立板都经加强处理,使其具有优良的支撑刚度。上、下

制动系统
行车制动系统采用全液压单回路系统,停车制动为蹄式制动器,安装在变速箱的输出端。两套独立的制动系统保证行驶时的安全可靠性;散热系统加大的风扇直径和散热面积,特别的气流设计和水箱结构设计,保证在环境温度40℃的环境下,依然能够保持正常的工作状态。针对高温环境特别设计的H系列平地机,已通过56℃环境的考验。
驾驶室
独特创新的驾驶室结构,做到了视野的极致。防尘、隔音、隔热、减震、防紫外线辐射。按人机工程原理设计的操作体系.提供驾驶的舒适。减震吸声的内饰材料使驾驶室内噪音更低。可选的制热系统和制冷系统,保证了驾驶空间的舒适。

MG series of motor graders are mainly used in grading the large areas such as road, airport and farmland etc. and the operation including of cutting, sloping, dozing, plowina and snow removing etc.
Transmission Control System
Electro-hydraulic powershift transmission offers 6 forward & 3 reverse gears. Transmission control system adopts electro-hydraulic control, the gearbox of powershift transmission adopts wet clutch, controlling the connection and separation with power oil; shifting box has a electronic-control handle to ensure a smooth operation, comfortable handfeel and stable shifting, relieving the labor intensity.
Drive Axle
Meritor drive axle and balance box are assembled and disassembled easily, the chain-produced elasticity can relieve the shock among the transmission components from engine to wheels, ensuring a reliable power output and safety. Rear axle is equipped with a automatic-lock "NO-SPIN" differentiaL The balance box with tandem transmission chain has the strengthened outside and insides plates to ensure a excel-lent support stiffness. 150swing angle (up/down) enable vehicle to acquire the strong adhesion and agility brake in any poor conditions underfoot.
Braking System
Service brake adopts all-hydraulic single circuit system, parking brake is shoebrake installed in the output end of gearbox. Both of the inde- pendent braking systems ensure a safe travelling.
Radiator
Enlarged fan and radiating area, unique design for air flow and water tank ensure a normal working condition even in a 40℃ environment. Against the requirements in higher temperature, specially-designed Hseries of motorgerader can works well in 56℃,
Cab
Innovative cab offers a maximum view. and is characterized by dust-proof, sound and heat insulation, shock absorption and anti-ultraviolet. The operating system is designed according to human engineering principle and offers a user-friendly environment. heater is optional for cab.
