　　干粉砂浆是经干燥筛分处理的骨料、无机胶凝材料和功能性添加剂按一定比例混合而成的一种颗粒状或粉状混合物。通俗地说，主要有黄砂、水泥、稠化粉、粉煤灰和外加剂组成。另外，根据品种要求加入早强剂、快干剂等外加剂。它可采用包装或散装的形式运至工地，按规定比例加水拌和后即可直接使用。

　　◎ 搅拌系统

　　搅拌系统采用韩国技术生产无重力双轴浆叶混合机或进口的单轴梨刀式搅拌机，具有混合精度高、速度快、能耗低、可密封操作的特点。

　　◎ 除尘系统

　　所有的粉状物料，从上料、配料、计量、加料到搅拌出料以及打包都在封闭状态下进行。全封闭结构的搅拌主体有效的降低了粉尘和噪声对环境造成的污染。

　　◎ 控制系统

　　整机采用计算机控制，既可自动控制，也可手动操作，操作简单方便。动态面板显示搅拌站各部件的运行情况，同时可以存储搅拌站的各种数据，按要求打印各类报表资料，存储配方可达3万个以上。

　　◎ 烘干系统

　　烘干系统采用三筒烘干机，效率高，能耗低。
