The three-cylinder dryer adopts the advanced technology introduced from Europe; the dryer is assembled by three concentric-cylinders which halved together with different diameters. Feed aprons and stock guide plates with different angles and spacing are being equipped inside the cylinder, the structure can ensure that the material being dried runes along the direction of screwing under the impact of gravitation and keeps for a sufficient maintaining times and dispersity in the cylinder to make the material has sufficient heat exchange with the heat airflow from air heating furnace inside of the cylinder. The special three-cylinder structure makes the inner cylinder and median cylinder being surrounded by the outer cylinder to form a self contained thermal insulation system, the heat set out by inner and median cylinders surfaces participates the heat exchange of materials in outer cylinder, however the outer cylinder is being located in the low temperature end of the heat airflow, so the heat dissipation area and heat losses are being reduced significantly. The machine can be applied in drying of raw materials such as yellow sand, slag, clay, quartz sand etc., and widely used in industries such as dry mortar, cement, building materials, glass, chemicals, and casting etc.
