一拖(洛阳)工程机械有限公司是中国机械工业集团有限公司(简称：国机公司)、中国一拖集团有限公司(简称：一拖集团)的成员企业。前身为机械工业部重型军工企业。拥有“东方红”、“YTO”、“SINOMACH”三个品牌，公司占地面积14万平方米，建筑面积9.8万平方米。

　　公司始建于七十年代，前身为机械工业部的重型军工企业，生产规模宏大，技术力量雄厚。九三年成立合资公司以来，凭军工技术的科研能力，不断开发出符合国情和市场需求的高性能价格比的工程机械产品。目前推向市场的有：轮式装载机、工业推土机、液压挖掘机三大系列数十个型号产品，其中东方红牌T/YD系列推土机被评为省优质产品。作为驰名中外的“东方红”工程机械产品，行销国内三十个省市自治区，并出口到欧洲、亚洲、非洲、拉美和澳大利亚等国家和地区。

　　As a member of China Machinery Industry Corporation and YTO group Corporation , YTO(LuoYang )Construction Machinery CO.LTD. as a heavy military industry enterprise ,the company owns the brand of “Dongfanghong” ，“YTO” and ”SINOMACH”. The company covers 140000 square meters, containing the building area of 98000 square meters .

　　Originally as an heavy military industry enterprise, the company was founded in 1970s with large scales of production and solid strengths in technology. Since the joint management in 1993,it takes advantage of its capabilities of science and research in military industrial technologies to works out a large amount of construction machinery products of higher performance-to –price ratio to cater for the domestic conditions and market demands. At present, the company has launched three series of more than ten models of products, wheel loader, bulldozer and excavators among which Dongfanghong T100 bulldozer was awarded provincial quality product. The world-famous “YTO” construction machinery products are sold in thirty provinces, cities and autonomous regions throughout the country, which are also exported to many regions and countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America and Australia.
